NSF (Scotland) is a charity led by its members. There are 19 self-help groups throughout Scotland. Some are carers only and others are mixed carers and sufferers. We run 24 projects in Scotland. These range from drop-in centres and employment support projects to an information help line and carers officers.

Susan Kirkwood is grateful for the assistance of Robert Hall, Kiruna, Sweden in the creation of these pages.
