Makeover for Cairdeas Cottage The café before redecoration The Cairdeas Cottage was decorated, free, by staff from a local call centre, CAP GEMINI, a French group, over a weekend in early April. They advertise locally for challenges to take on as team building exercises and agreed the Cottage suggestion of redecoration. The staff provide the manpower and the company provides equipment, in this case paint, brushes, overalls etc. The Cottage staff and members are very pleased with the result.
