Stigma and mental illness
NSF (Scotland) has always confronted the challenge of stigma and its
effect on mental illness.

There's a new organisation dedicated to tackling stigma in which NSF (Scotland) has
come together with other organisations. Called [people too] -

Conference on Stigma in Leipzig
The University of Leipzig held the First International
Congress on Reducing Stigma and Discrimination because of
Schizophrenia, sponsored by the World Psychiatric Association, in Leipzig
on 2-4 September 2001. Two delegates from the Fellowship, Vice Chairmen
Catherine Bryce and Oksana Last, attended. For a report on the conference,
